Pineapple Meets Kale ...
- 3/4 cup milk ( or any milk of your choice)
- 1/2 ripe, frozen banana, cut in cubes
- 1 cup cut frozen pineapple ( or fresh )
- 1-2 tablespoons Edody Vanilla protein powder or Vegan Protein
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped kale or spinach, removed tough stems
Put all ingredients in your blender and enjoy this tasty protein shake
