Pineapple Kale Protein Shake

Pineapple Meets Kale ...


  • 3/4 cup milk ( or any milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 ripe, frozen banana, cut in cubes
  • 1 cup cut frozen pineapple ( or fresh )
  • 1-2 tablespoons Edody Vanilla protein powder or Vegan Protein
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped kale or spinach, removed tough stems


Put all ingredients in your blender and enjoy this tasty protein shake
