Kale Ginger Mango Shake

Green Machine Love The Dream!


  • 1/2 cup of plain unsweetened yogurt , ( or your choice of vegan yogurt)
  • 1 large Kale leaf
  • 1 cup Filtered water
  • 1 scoop of Edody Vanilla whey protein powder or Edody Vegan Protein
  • 1 mini cucumber ( leave skin on but wash it well )
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger root 2-3 thin slices
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter All natural
  • 1 cup Mango Frozen


Put all ingredients in your blender and enjoy this tasty protein shake
