Sexy Chocolate Banana Twist!
- 0.5 a cup of almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 0.5 half a ripe banana;
- 1 scoop of Edody vanilla whey protein or Edody vegan Protein.
- 2 tablespoons of cacao powder
- 0.5 Tsp of espresso powder ( optional, it will make the chocolate flavor more intense )
- handful of ice cubes ( you decide how thick you like your shakes)
- Add a pinch of salt ( optional, this will enhance the flavor)
