Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of plain unsweetened yogurt , ( or your choice of vegan yogurt)
  • 1 large Kale leaf
  • 1 cup Filtered water
  • 1 scoop of Edody Vanilla whey protein powder or Edody Vegan Protein
  • 1 mini cucumber ( leave skin on but wash it well )
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger root 2-3 thin slices
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter All natural
  • 1 cup Mango Frozen

Pineapple Kale Protein Shake

Pineapple Meets Kale ...

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup milk ( or any milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 ripe, frozen banana, cut in cubes
  • 1 cup cut frozen pineapple ( or fresh )
  • 1-2 tablespoons Edody Vanilla protein powder or Vegan Protein
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped kale or spinach, removed tough stems

Sexy Chocolate Banana Twist!

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 a cup of almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 0.5 half a ripe banana;
  • 1 scoop of Edody vanilla whey protein or Edody vegan Protein.
  • 2 tablespoons of cacao powder
  • 0.5 Tsp of espresso powder ( optional, it will make the chocolate flavor more intense )
  • handful of ice cubes ( you decide how thick you like your shakes)
  • Add a pinch of salt ( optional, this will enhance the flavor)

  • 3-6 ice cubs if you desire (optional )

  • ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk ( or milk of your choice)
  • 1 cup of vanilla Edody Protein Powder or Edody Vegan Protein
  • ½ cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
  • ½ medium banana, frozen or fresh
  • ¾ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt ( or a Vegan yogurt)
  • 1-2 cups of ice cubes ( you decide how thick you like your shakes )
  • 1 tablespoons of oatmeal (optional)

Blend all of ingredients on pulse until smooth.
