Blueberry Banana Protein Smoothie

Blueberry Banana Blind Date!

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk ( or milk of your choice)
  • 1 cup of vanilla Edody Protein Powder or Edody Vegan Protein
  • ½ cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
  • ½ medium banana, frozen or fresh
  • ¾ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt ( or a Vegan yogurt)
  • 1-2 cups of ice cubes ( you decide how thick you like your shakes )
  • 1 tablespoons of oatmeal (optional)

Blend all of ingredients on pulse until smooth.
