Blueberry Banana Blind Date!
- ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk ( or milk of your choice)
- 1 cup of vanilla Edody Protein Powder or Edody Vegan Protein
- ½ cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
- ½ medium banana, frozen or fresh
- ¾ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt ( or a Vegan yogurt)
- 1-2 cups of ice cubes ( you decide how thick you like your shakes )
- 1 tablespoons of oatmeal (optional)
Blend all of ingredients on pulse until smooth.
