Banana Nut Shakes

Naughty Banana!


  • ½ cup almond milk, yogurt or milk of your choice
  • 1 medium to large frozen banana
  • 2 spoonful of flax seeds
  • 1 spoonful of almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 1 scoop of Edody whey protein or Edody vegan protein
  • a few drops of vanilla extract or almond extract, this will make the smoothie taste like candy!
  • Sweeten with your choice of sweeteners!


Blend all ingredients
