- ½ cup almond milk, yogurt or milk of your choice
- 1 medium to large frozen banana
- 2 spoonful of flax seeds
- 1 spoonful of almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 1 scoop of Edody whey protein or Edody vegan protein
- a few drops of vanilla extract or almond extract, this will make the smoothie taste like candy!
- Sweeten with your choice of sweeteners!
